CANCELLATION POLICY

Wellness & Spiritual Travel Packages

· 75% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled journey date

· 50% refund if cancelled between 24 hours and 3 days before the scheduled journey date

· No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the journey date commencement

· No-shows will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided

Dental Tourism Services

· Consultation fees are non-refundable

· Treatment costs are refundable based on the above cancellation timeline

· Custom dental prosthesis costs are non-refundable once manufacturing process has begun

Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to wellness@vitaltooth.in with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refund Eligibility

· Refunds apply only to cancellations made as per the cancellation policy above

· Services once availed are non-refundable

· Partial refunds may be provided for partially unused services at our discretion

Non-Refundable Items

Return Policy for Physical Products

· Dental prosthesis can be returned within 7 days of receipt if found defective

· Return shipping costs will be borne by Vital Tooth for defective products

· Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective
